Enliven language arts through circus arts including pantomime, magic, face paint, balloon sculpture, stage movement, and more. Experience math by constructing a circus tent, experience physics through juggling. Use creative writing as you write the Ring Master's opening speech. Learn attention-getters that allow you to “get on with your show!” This is a three- to five-hour workshop.

Creativity is found naturally in healthy children in nurturing home environments, and it peaks at age 5! This workshop discusses “authoritative” discipline, which is the happy medium allowing for clear limits, but with respect and harmony. Many techniques for behavior management will be discussed including: praise, limit-setting, logical consequences, time outs, verbal problem-solving, and behavioral contracts.
